Laminating Pressing Machine

Application

Többrétegű ablakfríz vagy nagy keresztmetszetű egyenes tartókhoz.

Construction

The frame of the machine is a solid and stiff pressing unit. The  pressing beam can be pulled to any place on rollers. The multi-circle hydraulic system consists of one vacuum pump and a hydraulic accumulator.

The construction of the machine allows a variably long shape. It is also possible to multiply the machine with the assistance of one hydraulic power unit. This unit is an energy saver one, the loss of gap oil is replaced by a hydraulic accumulator unit. In case of multiplied machine function it is possible to fill up one machine while the other one is pressing. Within one machine the hydraulic system can be divided in every 3 pressing unit ( appr. 1 m ).

Thus it is possible to carry on several type of work within one machine at the same time.


Operation:

The glueing of one side of the finger jointed, glued and pressed laths is being done among the powered wheels of the glueing unit. From here through a roller line it will be put on the pressing table. After a manual insert the pressing beam must be pulled to the desired places, where the pneumatic leszoritás can be done. After the pressing  the composed board will be pressed. The pressing is done with a simple manual valve.
