Flying Saw Length Cutting Machine


 

Application


The machine can cut the continuously feeded poliuretan foam or extruded polistirol material to adjustable length boards. On demand it cuts the material into two parts in length direction and mills the cutting-edges. The specification like length, pieces, width can be given on the touch-srceen desktop.

 

Operation

The speed of  the optionally determined material flow can be punctually measured. When cutting is needed the carrier speeds up to optimal transporting extent then cross-cutting saws cut the cross-section of the material. Ending with this the carrier runs back to its starting position.
