Push-In Infeed System Cutting Machine

Raw material: edged or unedged sawn timber. Usage: single or bundle log cutting.

• The machine measures the length of the sawn timber placed on the table.
• The work piece table is double tracked so it is possible to prepare the raw material on the  table while the cutting is in process. During the process of infeeding the saw cuts one piece at the starting point and one piece at the end point, respectively. The length is adjustable..
• The sawn timber will be cut into pieces according to the adjusted measurement. It is adjustable to cut constant size pieces or different measurements in sequantial order.
• 10 different length sizes can be adjusted in one production programme at one time.
• It is possible to cut only at the starting point and at the end point of the product without specifying the actual length.
• It is possible to specify a finished measurement depending on the size of the raw material. In this case it is also adjustable to cut constant size pieces or different measurements in sequantial order using the same raw material..
• It is possible to use chalk-marks to indicate cutting points beside specifying the length size.
• It is possible to cut only on chalk-mark points.
• It Is possible to set the program according to limited production. The cutting will be stopped automatically  after certain pieces are ready in production.
• Programm can be set according to: length, cross-section, pieces.
• Productional programms can be prepared and designated: e.g. 128 pieces , stump
• The display indicates the productional data: pieces of the certain lengths, gross and net cubic meter, gross productional time, waiting time ( operator ), actual productional time.
• Different lengths of ready made products will be placed in to the pockets of the sorter.
