Stage Plank Riveting Machine

Application:

The machine rivets the end-closing plates for both ends of the wooden stage plank.

The completed operations:

-       placing up the protecting plate by hand

-       drilling

-       riveting (pipe rivet )

The construction of the machine allows to make 1 type of stage plank with pre-selected rivets. To get deteriorating end product change of the drilling interface and the riveting tools will be neccessary.

Operation:

The operator places up the  protecting plate by hand. The operator positions the stage plank upon the drilling device and fixis there pneumatically. Every bore hole will be raedy at one time. Procedingly the operator places the rivets in the bores. The stage plank remains fixed during the small riveting. The operator completes the minor riveting, then finishes with the major riveting.

Construction and parts:

-       Roller table with „Omni” rollers rolling in any direction.

-       Drilling device with 6 bits.

-       Minor riveting unit. Safety, two hand, mounted on pneumatic balancer and hydraulicly operated, „C” head.

-       Major riveting unit with an up-and-down working device fixed to the frame, „C” head.

-        Hydraulic unit. Hydraulic battery provides the fast riveting.

-        Electric control. Simple PLC based.
